


Dr. Leagh Harfield Dr. Leagh Harfield was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba and received his dental degree from the University Of Manitoba in 1986 (Class Validictorian). He practiced general dentistry as an associate in Winnipeg for 3 years.
In 1989 Dr. Harfield moved to Calgary, Alberta to open his own general dental practice. In 1996 he returned to graduate school at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, California attaining his Master’s degree in Science as well as his Specialist’s certification in Orthodontics.
Dr. Harfield enjoys and is committed to furthering his knowledge and awareness in orthodontics and dentistry by attending continuing education programs in Occlusion (“bites”), TMD (jaw joint disorders), orthodontic technology, and the business of practice management. His greatest goal is to provide a personalized, caring, and individualized approach to orthodontic care for all of his patients in an open and friendly environment.
Dr. Harfield is married to his wife of 11 years, Stephanie, and they have 2 sons, Benjamin and James, who keep him very, very busy.Outside of orthodontics Dr. Harfield enjoys spending his time with his family and “fueling” his interest in cars, music, and traveling whenever he gets the opportunity.
Dr. Michael FrenchDr. Michael French was born and raised in Southern Alberta. He and his wife, Shantel, have six children that keep them both very active in school, church, and community service.
Dr. French earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2003 from Indiana University, where he graduated with High Distinction as the top student in his dental class. From there, he went on to complete a Master of Science degree and orthodontic certification at Indiana University in 2005.
Dr. French takes great pride in the excellent service and outstanding results he provides to his orthodontic patients using the most advanced and up-to-date techniques. In order to do so, he regularly attends continuing education seminars with some of the most respected clinicians in the orthodontic field.
