Our office accepts payment with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, direct debit, auto debit (EFT), and cheques and we offer no-interest payment plans spread over the time of the orthodontic treatment. We offer a 5% discount to patients who pay in full at the onset of treatment and a 10% discount to patients who have another family member already in treatment. We will file insurance claims for you on new patient and down payment claims only.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits; however, we do not accept assignment from your insurance company. As a service to you, we will send a preauthorization to your insurance company to determine your orthodontic benefit coverage. Once orthodontic treatment commences, you are responsible for sending in your claim forms, which will be provided by our office with all the necessary information completed. Your insurance company will then reimburse you directly.
